Student Housing is designated as “smoke-free.” Smoking and tobacco products are not permitted on campus or other ��������properties, including ��������Housing. Residents and their guests are not permitted to smoke or use tobacco products within individual units, in common areas, or throughout the grounds. This includes all hallways, lobbies, garages, parking lots, walkways, and all exterior grounds. Detailed information can be found in your lease agreement.

��������Housing is committed to fostering a community that is conducive to studying and sleeping. Please remember to be considerate by keeping noise to a minimum, even when specific hours are not being observed. If a neighbor requests your cooperation in lowering noise levels so that they may study or sleep, please be considerate and keep in mind that their schedule may not be the same as yours.

Quiet Hours are effective Sunday through Thursday from 10 pm to 8 am and Friday and Saturday from midnight to 10 am.

Student Housing reserves the right to terminate any noise including amplified sound, band, instrument, or vocal practice at any time if the noise is deemed to be disruptive. An around-the-clock quiet period begins on the Friday prior to final exam weeks and extends through the last Friday of final exam weeks.

Animals or evidence of animals including food, cages, or other supplies are prohibited in ��������Housing apartments at all times, even on a temporary basis. Service and/or Emotional Support Animals are permitted. Contact access@fuller.edu if you have a need for a Service and/or Emotional Support Animal.

Residents may have a guest for up to 10 days within any 6-month period without written consent from ��������Housing. Residents must accompany guests at all times. Non-residents/guests are not permitted to access any Student Housing facility unless a resident escorts them. Guests are defined as any individual who does not possess a Housing Lease Agreement with ��������Housing.

Residents are:

• Expected to inform their guests of all ��������Housing policies.
• Responsible for accompanying their guests at all times while in ��������Housing area.
• Held judicially and financially accountable for their guests.

��������Housing is a pet-free facility. Residents with disabilities may be approved by the Access Services Office to have a Service Animal or Emotional Support Animal (ESA) in their on-campus apartment, after going through an approval process. Below you’ll find some important reminders about Fuller’s . This policy exists to protect both residents and approved Service and Support Animals.

• “The seminary supports the availability of Service and Assistance Animals to individuals with disabilities…. The Service and Assistance Animal Policy of �������� is based on the most recent interpretations of applicable laws, including Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.” This means that any animals living in ��������Housing facilities are an accommodation for someone with a documented disability. They are not pets.
• “Care and supervision of the animal are the responsibility of the individual who benefits from the approved animal’s use. The handler is required to maintain control of the animal at all times.” This means that a resident who is approved to have a service animal or ESA is solely responsible for feeding, walking, and toileting the animal. Neighbors and roommates are not responsible for and should not participate in the care of a Service Animal or ESA.
• “Approved animals may not be left overnight in housing to be cared for by another student. Animals must be taken with the student if they leave campus overnight or for a more prolonged period of time.” This means that, because Service Animals and ESAs are an accommodation (not a pet) that makes ��������Housing accessible for residents with disabilities, they should remain with their handler on overnight or longer trips.
